To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags and labels attached
  • Returned in original packaging whenever possible

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for return or refund.

Size & Fit Issues

If your item does not fit as expected, we may request clear photos of the item before approving a return or exchange. This helps us:

  • Offer the most appropriate resolution

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Please note:

  • We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international returns.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Because we offer affordable pricing and free shipping on eligible orders, international return shipping costs may sometimes exceed the product value itself. For this reason, alternative resolutions may be offered before requesting a physical return.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, processing times may vary.

In certain cases, customers may also choose to receive store credit in the form of a GoodAmericanJeans.com gift card.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
