Good American Jeans stands behind the quality of everything we sell, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order from Goodamericanjeans.com, you may return or exchange it within 60 days of purchase.
Return Conditions:
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original labels and tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
Processing Fee:
A $6.99 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund for eligible returns.
Q: How and when will I receive my refund?
A: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we process your return. Timing may vary based on your financial institution. Alternatively, you may receive merchandise credit as a Goodamericanjeans.com gift card, which will be emailed to you.
Q: How do I exchange an item?
A: Exchanges are accepted within 60 days. Note that we currently do not offer exchanges by mail. Instead, you can place a new order for the desired item and return the original purchase separately. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
Q: How do I get a shipping label for my return or exchange?
A: To receive a return shipping label, please contact our Live Chat support. Our team will promptly assist you with generating and sending the label.
